This hotel offers a great location, being close to skiing and in the heart of town. the staff are polite and welcoming, making for a pleasant stay. Visitors can enjoy breakfast at the hotel if they wish, though it is a little pricey. Guests appreciate the family-run feel of the establishment, as well as the gorgeous view from the rooms.
One downside is that some rooms may have issues with bugs or cleanliness, as noted in previous reviews.

Room service was prompt and friendly. The breakfast was a little expensive but had a good selection of options to choose from.
The hotel is outdated and needs a facelift. Rooms are small and cramped, and the bathroom was particularly cramped with a very poor shower.

Great location! the hotel was perfectly situated, close to all the restaurants and shops, which made our city break so much easier. the bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious enough to get around in. the staff were also really friendly and helpful, which was fantastic.
The rooms were showing signs of wear and tear, and could have used some updating. There were also a few bugs in the room, which was a bit disconcerting.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the hotel's location is great- close to transportation, parking, and within walking distance of dining options and the ski lifts.
